capacity building programme on leadership and stress management

As a part of BEd curriculum Iqbal training college organize a capacity building programme on 7th August 2023 about leadership and stress management. The section was held by Dr. Shafi Thomson.

    The class of leadership had helped to gain a better knowledge and understand about leadership. He gave a clear picture about stress and how can we overcome all there. Stress is a part of our life.
